Processos de Manufatura Aditiva (ou impress\u00e3o 3D) permitem a produ\u00e7\u00e3o de implantes anat\u00f4micos e espec\u00edficos do paciente e dispositivos customizados que podem ser projetados com alta capacidade de ajuste e complexidade, abrindo assim novos horizontes no cuidado personalizado \u00e0 pacientes e pesquisa biom\u00e9dica.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Dessa forma, proporciona maior seguran\u00e7a e previsibilidade ao paciente em decorr\u00eancia da utiliza\u00e7\u00e3o de Scaffolds impressos que ir\u00e3o recompor, de forma fidedigna, o defeito \u00f3sseo existente, empregando-se materiais biocompat\u00edveis, com propriedades f\u00edsico-qu\u00edmicas e morfol\u00f3gicas espec\u00edficas para promover a regenera\u00e7\u00e3o \u00f3ssea. Neste projeto s\u00e3o desenvolvidos e manufaturados Scaffolds, para biofabrica\u00e7\u00e3o de implantes e pr\u00f3teses personalizadas, utilizando-se materiais biocompat\u00edveis com o objetivo de se obter propriedades mec\u00e2nicas adequadas (em rela\u00e7\u00e3o ao osso) e propriedades osteoindutoras, favorecendo a regenera\u00e7\u00e3o \u00f3ssea na \u00e1rea afetada.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Simula\u00e7\u00f5es computacionais do componente desenvolvido, bem como do crescimento de tecido s\u00e3o tamb\u00e9m realizadas de maneira a se ter maior previsibilidade de todo o processo. A terapia rob\u00f3tica vem sendo recomendada para complementar a terapia convencional dos indiv\u00edduos p\u00f3s-AVC com algumas vantagens como, por exemplo, assist\u00eancia control\u00e1vel durante os movimentos, boa din\u00e2mica na terapia (repetitividade de tarefas), maior motiva\u00e7\u00e3o durante o treinamento atrav\u00e9s do uso de jogos interativos e a redu\u00e7\u00e3o de custos no cuidados de sa\u00fade. Estudos com dispositivo rob\u00f3tico de tornozelo (exoesqueleto Anklebot\u00ae) t\u00eam sido realizados com o prop\u00f3sito de facilitar os movimentos do tornozelo em indiv\u00edduos hemipar\u00e9ticos e, assim, reduzir as limita\u00e7\u00f5es p\u00f3s-AVC.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Ensaios cl\u00ednicos t\u00eam mostrado efeitos positivos da terapia rob\u00f3tica (Anklebot) sobre a marcha de pacientes hemipar\u00e9ticos. Nesse contexto, o objetivo deste estudo \u00e9 investigar o efeito da terapia rob\u00f3tica com o exoesqueleto Anklebot\u00ae sobre o desempenho neuromuscular e funcional de indiv\u00edduos m\u00fasculos e problemas esqueletais em trabalhadores nos servi\u00e7os de ambul\u00e2ncia, s\u00e3o muito comuns em todo o mundo. A falta de fatores ergon\u00f4micos positivos para os operadores de ambul\u00e2ncia podem levar \u00e0 postura problemas, vibra\u00e7\u00e3o excessiva do corpo e problemas\u00a0 psicossociais.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">No Brasil, h\u00e1 muitos casos de exposi\u00e7\u00e3o de profissionais a riscos ergon\u00f4micos, biol\u00f3gicos qu\u00edmicos e de les\u00f5es traum\u00e1ticas. Estes casos est\u00e3o sendo estudados, mas os estudos s\u00e3o ainda incipientes, tendo em vista as \u00e1reas territoriais do pa\u00eds.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Al\u00e9m disso, o aumento do tr\u00e1fego nas cidades de grande e m\u00e9dio - porte , requer maior autonomia de ambul\u00e2ncias, at\u00e9 que atinjam um hospital. Ele trar\u00e1 uma tecnologia de rastreabilidade de ponta a ponta que reduz custos tanto do lado do produtor quanto do setor, fechando um ciclo de feedback entre produtores e cooperativas de latic\u00ednios, custando menos que as tecnologias dos concorrentes similares e usando algoritmos para prever doen\u00e7as com anteced\u00eancia, al\u00e9m de estimar o pre\u00e7o do leite com base em sua qualidade.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">O projeto Thinkmilk visa \u00e0 cria\u00e7\u00e3o de uma startup e est\u00e1 aprimorando a primeira vers\u00e3o do prot\u00f3tipo para definir limites de detec\u00e7\u00e3o e compar\u00e1-lo com um m\u00e9todo de refer\u00eancia.
