Nos \u00faltimo anos a ZEN vem recebendo estudantes de diferentes universidades do pa\u00eds com \u00edndices impressionantes de efetiva\u00e7\u00e3o! <\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong><span style=\"font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif;\">Responsabilidades e atribui\u00e7\u00f5es:<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif;\"> Colaborar com a organiza\u00e7\u00e3o de eventos e coffee breaks;<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif;\"> Dar suporte na log\u00edstica de reuni\u00f5es, como reserva de salas, prepara\u00e7\u00e3o de materiais e envio de convites; <\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif;\">Auxiliar na elabora\u00e7\u00e3o e organiza\u00e7\u00e3o de atas de reuni\u00f5es;<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif;\"> Apoiar a gest\u00e3o de viagens corporativas;<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif;\"> Atender colaboradores e visitantes; <\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif;\">Participar do processo de organiza\u00e7\u00e3o de or\u00e7amentos da \u00e1rea, contribuindo com a estrutura\u00e7\u00e3o financeira de demandas diversas; <\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif;\">Apoiar o lan\u00e7amento e controle de documentos administrativos, como Notas Fiscais (NF), AVRs e requisi\u00e7\u00f5es de suprimentos; <\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif;\">Colaborar com a organiza\u00e7\u00e3o e arquivamento de documentos f\u00edsicos e digitais. <\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong><span style=\"font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif;\">R<\/span><span style=\"font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif;\">equisitos e qualifica\u00e7\u00f5es:<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif;\"> Estar cursando Secretariado Executivo Bil\u00edngue, Rela\u00e7\u00f5es Internacionais, Administra\u00e7\u00e3o, Processo Gerenciais ou Rela\u00e7\u00f5es P\u00fablicas; <\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif;\">Disponibilidade de 6h di\u00e1rias para est\u00e1gio presencial em Brusque\/SC; <\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif;\">Disponibilidade para no m\u00ednimo 1 ano de est\u00e1gio; <\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif;\">Voc\u00ea se destaca se possuir conhecimento em Ingl\u00eas!<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-10292\" src=\"https:\/\/www.eesc.usp.br\/estagios-admin\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/08\/_ESTG (1).png\" alt=\"\" \/><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Descri\u00e7\u00e3o da vaga: A Jornada Crescer \u00e9 o programa de est\u00e1gio da ZEN S.A. e tem como objetivo transformar acad\u00eamicos (as) em profissionais, desenvolver seus conhecimentos te\u00f3ricos relacionando com a pr\u00e1tica e proporcionar a viv\u00eancia em uma das industrias que \u00e9 refer\u00eancia mundial no seguimento automotivo.
