Preto;<\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif;\">&#8211; SP Interior &#8211; Sorocaba;<\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif;\">&#8211; SP Interior &#8211; Campinas;<\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif;\">&#8211; PA &#8211; Bel\u00e9m.<\/span><\/label><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif;\"><strong>A Jornada do nosso Comercial do Futuro consiste em 3 frentes principais:<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif;\"><label><strong>\u2022 Atua\u00e7\u00e3o em campo:\u00a0<\/strong>os selecionados vivenciar\u00e3o na pr\u00e1tica a rotina da \u00e1rea comercial, atuando como vendedores externos da \u00e1rea Comercial T\u00e9cnica ou Comercial Varejo;<\/label><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif;\"><label><strong>\u2022 Desenvolvimento de projeto:<\/strong> cada vendedor desenvolver\u00e1 um projeto relacionado a um tema relevante para a regi\u00e3o em que atua;<\/label><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif;\"><label><strong>\u2022 Forma\u00e7\u00e3o t\u00e9cnica:<\/strong>\u00a0ao longo de 12 meses, nossos futuros profissionais comerciais embarcar\u00e3o em uma jornada intensiva de desenvolvimento de habilidades e compet\u00eancias essenciais para impulsionar o crescimento na \u00e1rea comercial. Parte dessa jornada inclui mergulhar em nossa cultura corporativa com integra\u00e7\u00f5es junto as nossas \u00e1reas internas, treinamentos t\u00e9cnicos, comportamentais e desenvolvimento de um projeto estrat\u00e9gico na \u00e1rea.
