Potencializamos uma mudan\u00e7a cultural nas empresas, estruturando o modelo de governan\u00e7a por horizontes temporais de decis\u00e3o, com uma vis\u00e3o sist\u00eamica e gest\u00e3o de trade offs. <\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif;\">Nosso trabalho requer an\u00e1lises dos modelos de neg\u00f3cios e seus processos, com impacto nos resultados. Nosso foco \u00e9 identificar causas ra\u00edzes das inefici\u00eancias e resolver problemas de forma estruturada e permanente.
