O desenvolvimento dos estagi\u00e1rios ao longo do Programa ocorre por meio de atividades de alta complexidade, orientadas \u00e0 solu\u00e7\u00e3o de verdadeiros desafios cient\u00edficos.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif;\">No CNPEM os estagi\u00e1rios s\u00e3o encorajados a exercerem autonomia para atuar em projetos de grande magnitude, sempre ao lado de pesquisadores dispostos a ajudar, o que contribui para uma aprendizagem criativa e din\u00e2mica. O contato ativo e di\u00e1rio com ci\u00eancia, tecnologia e inova\u00e7\u00e3o, oferecido aos estagi\u00e1rios do PUE, \u00e9 o cen\u00e1rio ideal para o in\u00edcio de uma carreira brilhante! O in\u00edcio dos trabalhos dos estagi\u00e1rios selecionados nesta edi\u00e7\u00e3o do PUE ocorre em fevereiro de 2025.
