No per\u00edodo, os estagi\u00e1rios ter\u00e3o acompanhamento de supervisores da companhia e desenvolver\u00e3o um projeto na \u00e1rea de atua\u00e7\u00e3o.<\/span><\/p>\n<div class=\"mt4\">\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif;\"><strong>Agora \u00e9 a sua vez!<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif;\">O Tereos Summer Experience, programa de est\u00e1gio de f\u00e9rias da Tereos, oferece a universit\u00e1rios a oportunidade de vivenciar os desafios reais de uma empresa global no in\u00edcio de suas vidas profissionais.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif;\">Durante o programa, voc\u00ea poder\u00e1 desenvolver habilidades pr\u00e1ticas enquanto encara os desafios reais de uma companhia global.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif;\"><strong>Vamos juntos cultivar o futuro?<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif;\"><strong>OBJETIVO:<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif;\">Preparar estudantes de ensino superior para enfrentar os desafios atuais do setor sucroenerg\u00e9tico com objetivo de desenvolver futuros talentos para a empresa, oferecendo a oportunidade de conhecer na pr\u00e1tica sua \u00e1rea de atua\u00e7\u00e3o, de forma sustent\u00e1vel, com orienta\u00e7\u00e3o de supervisores, proporcionando aprendizado e experi\u00eancia.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif;\"><strong>PROGRAMA DE DESENVOLVIMENTO<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif;\">Nosso programa de est\u00e1gio de f\u00e9rias oferece mais que uma experi\u00eancia profissional: desenvolve na pr\u00e1tica o universit\u00e1rio em um dos setores mais importantes da economia brasileira, o sucroenerg\u00e9tico.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif;\">Aqui, voc\u00ea poder\u00e1 conhecer sua \u00e1rea de atua\u00e7\u00e3o de maneira supervisionada.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif;\">Dura\u00e7\u00e3o: 45 dias (jan\/25 a fev\/25)<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif;\">O programa \u00e9 organizado em 45 dias com o desafio de desenvolver um projeto focado na sua \u00e1rea de atua\u00e7\u00e3o.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif;\">Localidades: Ol\u00edmpia, Tanabi, Gua\u00edra, Colina, Guaraci e Pitangueiras.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif;\">O Tereos Summer Experience oferece oportunidades aos estudantes com uma dose extra de energia e queiram cultivar um futuro brilhante.
