Atrav\u00e9s do \u201cPrograma Buddy\u201d, cada trainee ser\u00e1 apadrinhado por uma ex-pessoa trainee, que ir\u00e1 compartilhar dicas e li\u00e7\u00f5es essenciais sobre essa jornada. Contando com o suporte de profissionais de alto n\u00edvel e acompanhamento de lideran\u00e7as da empresa. <\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif;\">Novidade para o programa de 2025, os trainees participar\u00e3o da defini\u00e7\u00e3o da estrat\u00e9gia de inova\u00e7\u00e3o da companhia, formando uma \u201cc\u00e9lula\u201d focada em inova\u00e7\u00e3o e na implanta\u00e7\u00e3o de projetos relacionados ao tema.
