{"id":9289,"date":"2025-04-23T16:38:24","date_gmt":"2025-04-23T19:38:24","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/p=9289"},"modified":"2025-04-25T09:53:31","modified_gmt":"2025-04-25T12:53:31","slug":"business-development-intern","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/eesc.usp.br\/estagios-admin\/?p=9289","title":{"rendered":"Business Development Intern"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong>Objective:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Support the dEdge founding team in expanding user adoption, identifying partnership opportunities, and assisting with community and influencer outreach in the Solana and DeFi space.<\/p>\n<p><strong>What You Will Learn:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Real-world growth strategy at a fast-moving Web3 startup;<\/li>\n<li>How to talk to trading communities, influencers, and projects;<\/li>\n<li>Hands-on with the business side of Telegram-based B2C tools;<\/li>\n<li>How to structure and negotiate partnerships and collabs;<\/li>\n<li>Behind-the-scenes of wallet analytics and copy trading on Solana.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Responsibilities:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Research and reach out to target communities (Telegram, Discord);<\/li>\n<li>Identify promising KOLs, traders, and Twitter accounts for collabs;<\/li>\n<li>Track ongoing outreach and follow-ups;<\/li>\n<li>Help prepare decks, docs, and short pitches when needed;<\/li>\n<li>Assist in managing partnerships and onboarding groups to dEdge;<\/li>\n<li>Monitor competitors and summarize their outreach\/growth tactics.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Requirements:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Strong communication skills (clear and confident writing);<\/li>\n<li>Self-starter, highly organized, and independent;<\/li>\n<li>Basic understanding of Web3\/crypto and Solana;<\/li>\n<li>Comfortable with Twitter, Telegram, Discord and Google Docs (spreadsheets);<\/li>\n<li>Bonus: Familiar with DeFi, or trading communities.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Time Commitment:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>20-30 hours\/week (flexible, async OK);<\/li>\n<li>Remote.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Compensation:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Bi-Weekly\/Monthly (TBD);<\/li>\n<li>Performance-based bonus;<\/li>\n<li>Possibility of full-time offer based on performance.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Objective: Support the dEdge founding team in expanding user adoption, identifying partnership opportunities, and assisting with community and influencer outreach in the Solana and DeFi space.
