esta\u00e7\u00f5es de trabalho<\/strong> da empresa, assegurando disponibilidade, desempenho e seguran\u00e7a \u2014 sempre que necess\u00e1rio escalando para o time pleno\/s\u00eanior.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif;\"><strong>Principais responsabilidades:<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li><span style=\"font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif;\" data-teams=\"true\">Atender chamados de hardware, rede, sistemas operacionais e aplicativos corporativos;<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif;\" data-teams=\"true\">Registrar, categorizar e atualizar tickets no Service Desk;<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif;\" data-teams=\"true\">Preparar e manter desktops\/laptops;<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif;\" data-teams=\"true\">Aplicar atualiza\u00e7\u00f5es de SO, drivers e antiv\u00edrus via ferramenta de invent\u00e1rio\/gerenciamento;<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif;\" data-teams=\"true\">Dar suporte remoto e presencial para problemas de hardware\/perif\u00e9ricos;<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif;\" data-teams=\"true\">Instalar e configurar modems, switches e firewalls de pequeno porte;<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif;\" data-teams=\"true\">Verificar conectividade e aplicar mudan\u00e7as simples em VLANs ou ACLs sob orienta\u00e7\u00e3o;<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif;\" data-teams=\"true\">Provisionar VMs, criar usu\u00e1rios, ajustar permiss\u00f5es b\u00e1sicas;<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif;\" data-teams=\"true\">Aplicar patches e updates conforme cronograma do time de infraestrutura;<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif;\" data-teams=\"true\">Operar o software corporativo de invent\u00e1rio;<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif;\" data-teams=\"true\">Garantir que dados de licen\u00e7as e ativos estejam corretos e atualizados;<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif;\" data-teams=\"true\">Monitorar execu\u00e7\u00f5es di\u00e1rias e restaurar arquivos\/pastas sob demanda;<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif;\" data-teams=\"true\">Abrir alerta se houver falha ou desvio de SLA;<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif;\" data-teams=\"true\">Escrever procedimentos passo a passo e manter invent\u00e1rio de ativos atualizado;<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif;\" data-teams=\"true\">Sugerir ajustes ou automa\u00e7\u00f5es que agilizem o atendimento.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"text-align:
