dura\u00e7\u00e3o de at\u00e9 dois anos e proporciona a oportunidade de colocar em pr\u00e1tica seus conhecimentos acad\u00eamicos, desenvolver suas habilidades profissionais e adquirir novos conhecimentos atrav\u00e9s de desafios reais do Electrolux Group.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"text-xl 2xl:text-27 mb-7\" style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif;\"><strong>Durante o Programa, voc\u00ea ter\u00e1 a oportunidade de desenvolver habilidades dentro de quatro compet\u00eancias essenciais:<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif;\">Estamos em busca de talentos que tenham vontade de aprender continuamente, que gostem de desafios, de trabalhar em equipe e que por dia), sendo 6h de est\u00e1gio e mais 01h de almo\u00e7o por dia, cumpridas no hor\u00e1rio comercial (08h \u00e0s 18h);<\/span><\/li>\n<li class=\"text-xl lg:text-23 lg:line-18\"><span style=\"font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif;\">Modalidade: Presencial ou H\u00edbrido (de acordo com a necessidade da \u00e1rea);<\/span><\/li>\n<li class=\"text-xl lg:text-23
